We would like to inform the public that the Board of Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. will meet on March 5 2019 to set the record date of the additional 10 centavos per share dividend, to complete the previously announced 20 centavos per share. The record date shall not be less than 10 trading days from said March 5 and payment date shall not be more than 18 trading days from record date in accordance with PSE rules. As originally disclosed, the record date of the first 10 centavos was set February 22, 2019 and the payment date with be not later than March 19, 2019.
